WRU Consider Fifth Region
The WRU are considering setting up a new region, which is likely to be based in North Wales.
According to reports, the side would be used as a development side and would increase the number of regions to five, after the Celtic Warriors disbanded in 2004.
Roger Lewis said We are working with north Wales to see if we can put in place a development region, If I could put the clock back, I would certainly not have disbanded the Celtic Warriors".
Warren Gatland was also in favour, he said "It's something that we and the WRU have got to consider, If we had a development region and if we sent our youngsters there it would make sense."
